Now Hiring - Heat Treatment Business Development Specialist in Theodore, AL

NVI is a nationwide nondestructive testing, post weld heat treatment, stress relieving and marine industry service provider. NVI is expanding its post weld heat treatment services throughout the Gulf Coast region and is searching for a highly motivated professional to assist NVI with continued growth initiatives within our Heat Treatment service department.

The Business Development Specialist job description is as follows:

• Develop existing and strategically acquire new business accounts focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction;
• Develop and implement special sales objectives with the Heat Treatment/Stress Relieving Department to target sales growth and optimal branding recognition.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and rates and services packages.
• Identify and assist Operations in resolving client concerns.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up with business accounts.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and customer outings.
• Follow-up with clients for collections and receivables.
• Any other activity deemed necessary by the National Sales Director and the V.P. of Heat Treatment Services.

Required Qualification(s)

• Required to meet NVIs Drug and Alcohol Policy;
• Required to pass Companys background and Motor Vehicle history check;
• Highschool diploma.

Required Experience

• Five or more years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Sales and/or technical experience within the Post Weld Heat Treat/Stress Relieving Services industry with a proven track record of business development.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors and/or Advanced Degree from an accredited university.
